  • Analyze processes and document adherence
  • Prepare and present real-time marketing and budgetary reports to owner
  • Analyze, understand and facilitate candidates through our recruiting CRM accurately
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Oversee our customer communication software
