"We've been with state farm for a few years now. Many different policies. We made our first brand new car purchase in quite some time. When I called in, I was fortunate enough to get Charles. He spent over an hour on the phone with me, as pleasant as could be. He was fabulous with making sure we were considering things with the new vehicles policy that maybe hadn't been a priority with the older vehicles. He was tremendous at discussing all of our options, advising, but still ultimately leaving the decision to make changes up to us without feeling pressured to do so. I took pretty much all of his advice and will be calling back in the near future to add on something else. Charles is patient, friendly and an absolute asset to your office."

"The local agent understood the assignment. Delivery questions and answers with good phone etiquette in a profession manner. We had a mutual understanding and could relate about inflation and how the important services are getting expensive. They worked hard finding savings that could accommodate within my budget. During the process of the application they also entailed and included more services that was beneficial that can be factor in with out the premium increasing a lot.
